For Individuals (Homes):
1. Income Tax Deductions:

• 40% deduction (Up to €3,000): For aerothermics, solar panel installations, or combinations that reduce non-renewable energy consumption by 30% or achieve an A or B energy rating.
• 20% deduction (Up to €1,000): For envelope improvements (facade insulation or window replacement) that reduce heating and cooling demand by 7%.
• 60% deduction (Up to €9,000 in savings): For comprehensive refurbishments of an entire community building or a whole single-family home.

2. Municipal Aids
IBI Discount:

• Reductions of between 20% and 50% of the annual property tax bill for a period of between 3 and 5 years.
• ICIO Discount: Up to a 95% bonus on the construction or license tax.

3. Next Generation Funds (Extended until 2027)
The programs of the Housing Agency of Catalonia aimed at large refurbishments of buildings and single-family structures (Program 3) have extended their execution deadline until December 31, 2027.

For Businesses and Freelancers:
If you are a freelancer or have a company and make energy improvements to a property linked to your economic activity before the end of the year:

• You can amortize 100% of the investment all at once in Corporate Tax or Income Tax.
• It applies to photovoltaic installations, aerothermic systems, or electric vehicle charging points, with a limit of up to €500,000.

Essential requirement for all aids: All payments must be completely traceable through banking methods (card, transfer, or check). Cash payments invalidate any right to a subsidy or deduction.

At vull.cat, we offer energy certificates through our partners so you can request the aids on your income tax return.

Once the free preliminary assessment is complete, we will contact you to offer the solutions that best suit your situation. If you agree, we will arrange an on-site visit to verify and take more precise data to subsequently draft a tailored quote.

We charge €80 per branch (solar, aerothermal, underfloor heating, or insulation), so you only pay for the branches you are interested in.

Once you receive the quote for each branch from our partner installers, if you accept it, the €80 will be deducted from the final invoice.

To qualify for potential tax deductions and/or bonuses, you will need two energy certificates, one before the installations and another once the installations are completed.
