We collect sensitive personal and property data necessary to provide accurate energy quotes. This includes:

• Identity and Contact Data: First name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Property Data: Full address, geolocation coordinates (latitude/longitude), roof profile, and property type.
• Energy Consumption Data: Electricity bills (PDF/Images), CUPS number, current climate control systems, and annual energy expenditure.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction data via Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) to:
1. Evaluate your energy consumption habits.
2. Design a customized solar panel or aerothermal installation proposal.
3. Contact you via phone or email to present the proposal.
4. Prevent fraud and spam (Legitimate Interest - Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Your personal data and uploaded electricity bills are kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or until you withdraw your consent. If no contractual relationship is established, data is securely deleted within 12 months.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with authorized third-party installation partners strictly bound by confidentiality agreements, purely for the purpose of executing the installation if you accept the quote. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for security.

6. Your Rights (ARCO+)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Right to be forgotten) of your data.
• Restrict or Object to processing.
• Data Portability.
