3. Service Limitations and Liability

While VULL.CAT uses advanced algorithms and AI to calculate your potential savings, the actual performance of solar panels or aerothermal systems can vary based on weather conditions, structural changes to your roof, and grid fluctuations. VULL.CAT is not liable for discrepancies between our online estimate and the final technical installation parameters.

Furthermore, the physical installation is carried out by independent, certified third-party companies. VULL.CAT is not liable for damages, delays, or issues arising during the physical installation process.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, algorithms, and interface designs on this platform are the exclusive property of VULL.CAT. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
